Fake plays and artificial streaming fraud
Major streaming platforms such as Spotify and Apple enforce strict measures to identify and prevent stream manipulation. These platforms continuously monitor activity, utilize advanced detection tools, and share reports with distributors like labelmiraclestudioapps whenever suspicious streaming behavior is detected.
Important Note ;
Protection for Compliant Artists ;
We want to assure our partners that labelmiraclestudioapps will never penalize artists who are not involved in fraudulent activity. Content, royalties, and accounts belonging to non-violating creators remain fully protected.
Transparency and Financial Responsibility ;
When artificial streams are identified, Spotify may impose penalties on distributors. In such cases, labelmiraclestudioapps conducts an internal review and communicates directly with the affected content owners. While Spotify does not charge artists directly, labelmiraclestudioapps reserves the right to recover related costs from the customer associated with the flagged activity.
Commitment to Authentic Growth ;
Purchasing fake streams or engaging in any form of manipulation is strictly prohibited. Violations discovered by labelmiraclestudioapps monitoring systems or through platform reports may result in account suspension, removal of content, and withholding of royalties. To safeguard their careers, artists are strongly encouraged to follow Spotify’s official Artificial Streaming Education Guidelines, which are also included in our onboarding process.
Dispute Resolution ;
If a case of suspected manipulation is raised, artists have the right to dispute within seven (7) days by contacting support@miraclestudioapps.com
